Upper Crash Bars
- Hand MIG welded – It’s all about the strength! We continue to follow our philosophy: toughness and functionality over appearance.
- 22mm steel tube with 2mm wall thickness – Matches the specs of the specs of the factory KTM crash bars
- Less is more – One of our goals was to preserve the low center of gravity of the KTM 1090/1190/1290(R) Adventure so we used the same tubing diameter as the KTM factory crash bars.
- Tough mounting points – No cutting corners here (either)! We used precise laser cut pieces for perfect fitment using 5mm thick metal mounts. These parts absorb the impact from drops and tip overs instead of your bike’s chassis.
- Powder coated – Combined with sandblasting, it’s a killer combination to protect the product’s surface. No frills, and tough just like your KTM 1090/1190/1290 Adventure R/S!
Upper Crash Bars Compatibility
OEM Lower Crash Bars must be installed in order to install our upper crash bars on the 2017-2020 1090 R/1290 R.
S models must be equipped with OEM lower crash bars.
2015-2016 1190R/S models only.
Not compatible with earlier 1190 models since the OEM KTM crash bars are located approximately 25mm/1” lower.
Compatible with TripleClamp Moto HeadStraight.
