The Outback Motortek X-Frames for the Honda CB500X are the most universal and functional side pannier frames yet, allowing simple, secure mounting of Rotopax, hard panniers and soft luggage.
Total width of the asymmetrical pannier racks mounted: 495mm. Compatible with our Rear Rack.
The new X-Frame sliding “X” plate design allows Rotopax 1 gallon can to be installed on the inside (Video Click here) or our tool box here.
Exhaust heat shield is included! See the list of tested soft panniers below.
Important note: Although we offer an exhaust heat shield for CB500X models, the main purpose of it is to keep bags coming in contact with the muffler. We cannot guarantee that heat coming off of the exhaust gas will be prevented by the heat shield. We suggest that you protect your soft panniers from melting while we're working on a complete heat protection package.

The size and location of the muffler means that your soft luggage may be exposed to extreme heat, which is why you need an exhaust heat shield to prevent direct contact with the muffler. In addition to the exhaust heat shield, you should also consider the Exhaust Deflector to redirect exhaust fumes away from your soft luggage!

The toughest aluminium panniers are here and they are the first step to acquiring the ultimate luggage set-up! They are ready to secure your valuables and give you the peace of mind you deserve when you are exploring the world!
When we were designing the aluminium panniers, our number one priority was backcountry compatibility. Thus, we opted for a narrow and tall design, instead of a short and wide design. So, depending on the pannier rack system that you are currently using, the top of the aluminum panniers may rest above the pillion seat.
Our cases feature Mosko Moto's proven wedge-mount system for easy mounting and dismounting, alongside some (optional) extra accessories for a complete and versatile luggage system.
Please note: The latch locking mechanism on the aluminium panniers might initially feel tighter than expected. This is considered normal, and it'll become smoother with use and over time.
This product is expected to arrive in August of 2024. The retail price is an estimate as of now.
