Fantastic crash bars and skid plate easy to fit and look great on the bike. Superb quality easy to follow video instructions, can’t fault. Really feel my bikes well protected should I venture off road.I really took my time choosing crash bars for my bike and was torn between two manufacturers. Black wasn’t doing it for me and the only other option was silver, as soon as I saw the white Outback bars that was it decision made. Love the way they’re quite subtle against the white paint work and the fact they don’t obscure the Transalp graphics.Outback UK are brilliant to deal with, the white and black combination wasn’t available at the discounted rate on the website but a quick email and they sorted it out doing the mixed colour combo at the same discounted price.Only five stars because there aren’t anymore.

Purchased crash bars for my honda 300 rally. They are Awesome! Of all the different crash bars I have purchased over the years for various bikes these are by far the best. Nothing comes close.Customer service (east coast US) was Awesome. They went above and beyond to assist me. Will definitely be buying from these guys again.

I recently purchased an Outback Motortek pannier rack from my CB500x.After I received the rack, I was trying to assemble the unit, but found that a bracket was not manufactured properly and does not allow the rack to fit my bike.I have sent multiple email to the manufacturer with pictures just trying to get a replacement bracket and they simply won't respond. I currently have a rack that won't fit my bike because they failed to manufacture a bracket properly and don't seem to care to respond to my requests to replace the defective part under warranty.

Le sabot a un gout de pas fini.j'ai laissé un message au vendeur et lui ai expliqué par téléphone que les protèges réservoir bas n'étaient plus tenus.dans l'espoir que l'info remonte et que je reçoive une réponse de chez Outback, Motorteck mais rien.pas de réponse et pas de proposition. je roule donc avec le sabot d'origine.BravoVotre réponse ne me convient pas, j'ai envoyé des photos a mon premier interlocuteur, je vois que l,info n'est vraiment pas remonté.la pièce crash bars est super.mais retirer la protection des robinets de carburant et raccord électrique.le fait que vous n'avez pas de retour depuis 2021 ne vous donne aucune légitimité de ne pas prendre ma remarque au sérieux.Salutations

Mir gefallen die Sturzbügel für die Honda CRF 300 Rally 2023 sehr gut.Sie sind sehr robust und Widerstandsfähig.Habe gerade Gestern einen Hienleger auf Schotterweg gehabt.Die Sturzbügel haben mich sehr positiv beeindruckt. 👏👍 Siehe Bilder. Die Verkleidungsteile blieben weitestgehend Schadensfrei. Ohne dies Sturzbügel würde sie furchtbar aussehen.Das Einzige was mir noch besser gefallen würde wäre: Dass in der Schachtel in der die Sturzbügel kommen auch eine Montagebeschreibung mit Bildern ist. Ganz so wie man es von Lego kennt. Gab es noch nie Übersetzungsfehler.

I ordered my Outback Motortek crash bars, and while it took much longer than I anticipated to receive them, they arrived well packaged. I found it difficult to install as well. So why the 5 star rating then? Well, put simply, great parts that do as advertised shouldn't be easy. If it goes on easy, then it will likely fail easily as well. If I'd had another pair of hands, then install would have been a breeze. Take your time, install it loosely at first, and then start getting all the spacing correct as you tighten it all into place. They look great, and I know should I dump my bike, they're going to mitigate any damage.

Had nothing but problems when ordered the Norden ultimate protection package and first I got the wrong hardware package, then when they sent the right hardware, I went to mount them and on step one the bars are supposed to slide onto a bolt that you install and bars are supposed to be notched out to slide on, but they weren't notched out and therefore wouldn't slide on. So disappointed in this product and my dealing with this company to date.Also, Installed their pannier racks and powder coating cracked right away when I tightened bolts to spec.

Über eine Warteliste habe ich Bescheid bekommen, als sie wieder verfügbar waren. Stabil sind die Teile allemal, bei der Passgenauigkeit ist für Schweissteile ganz okay. Ich hätte mir aber verzinkte Schrauben gewünscht. Mit einem Teil hatte ich etwas Probleme gehabt, aber mir hat man ohne zu zögern ein neues Teil zur Verfügung gestellt. Super Kundenservice

I purchased a rear rack for my 2023 Yamaha Tenere 700 from the Outback Motortek website. The rack was out of stock so I signed up to be notified when it became available. A month or so went by, and I finally received a notification that the rack was available. I placed my order that day. I wanted this rack based on the weight limit and positive reviews I read. The rack arrived and looked great in the box; that is where the positive ended. I installed the rack per the Outback Motortek instructions. The holes in the rack did not line up with the holes in the mounting arms. I left multiple messages (phone/email) with Outback Motortek with no success. The packing slip that came with the rack was from MX1 West. I called and spoke with Jason at MX1 West and advised him of the issues with the rack. Jason advised me that they were out of stock again -- with no timeline when they would be available again. I was advised that if I wanted to keep the rack and rework the mounting arms he would get Outback Motortek to compensate me for the rework. I did the rework (bent the mounting arms to align with the rack, refinish the mounting arms) and contacted Jason at MX1 West that the rework was completed (included before and after pictures). He advised he had a meeting with Outback Motortek and would let them know what I had to do to get the rack to fit correctly and would get back with me how Outback Motortek would compensate me. Well, Outback Motortek told Jason that they have had no issues with their racks and no compensation would be made. The other kicker is Outback Motortek charged me $20.00 shipping. If I would have purchased the rack from MX1 West, which is where the rack was shipped from, there would have been no shipping cost! You would think I could at least get my shipping cost refunded from Outback Motortek. Conclusion: If you still want to purchase Outback Motortek items after reading this review, purchase them from MX1 West. Jason is a great guy to deal with, and you can get free shipping in the USA if your purchase totals $100.00. There are now other rear rack options (Alt Rider, Adventure Spec, etc.) that are available and hopefully you won't have to go through what I went through with Outback Motortek!

J'ai acheté les barres de protections Outback Motortek pour mon Honda CRF300L Rally 2021 il y a environ 2 mois. Il n'y avais pas d'instructions ou schéma avec les barres. Il faut visionner un vidéo sur youtube pour suivre la méthode d'installation. Le gros problème que j'ai eu, suite a une chute de ma moto, les barres ont facilement plié et tordu ce qui a abîmé les panneaux de plastiques qui recouvre ma moto. Donc, ces barres ne sont pas bien conçue. Elles n'ont pas protégé ma moto et sont trop fragiles. Maintenant, il faut que je répare la moto et les barres. Elles sont en metal trop mou pour bien protéger la moto. Mauvais achat. Ne recommande pas. Ceux qui ont dit qu'elles sont parfaites, n'ont pas encore eu d'accident.

Love the product they are solid as a rock! I own both the lower crash bars and engine guards they give me a great sense of confidence in the event that I might drop my Africa Twin.But I don't believe in perfect reviews for good reasons I believe a manufacturer can always improve and do better now this is in no way a discredit to OM they have created a very good product at the right price range so with all good intents and purposes I have some constructive feedback so to speak.the fitment was very good with parts lining up perfectly while some parts where a little fiddly overall it has been very well engineered.The overall finish is an 8/10 the powder coating is superb. but the steel on my bars anyway have lots of bumps/slag left on it from the welding process I believe this could have easily been cleaned before the coating them it just looks messy like a meh good enough attempt as opposed to a craftsman proud of his work now in no way does this impact the structural integrity of the product, but it is something to note.The color was spot on Honda Red so A++ there.My next point of note is the quality of bolts that are supplied with the bars. the larger bolts are adequate for the Job I'd say lower in quality to the stock OEM Honda bolts, but they did the job.The smallest bolts on the other hand were very soft upon torquing them to specifications with the heads deforming with both the use of ring spanners and sockets they achieved the intended job, but it was sketchy installation I may consider replacing said bolts in the future. I will also note that the bolts that came with my parts were not the same as those seen used in the installation video on OM's YouTube page for the CRF1100L.My final gripe is product availability which I think is a symptom of fantastic and well-deserved success on OM's part everyone wants their products for their bikes I sure as hell do too, they are excellent but sadly I Live in Australia and today I tried to order an OM Skid plate to finish off my Africa TwinBuuuuut unfortunately I've been told by the only licensed dealer of OM products here in Aus that I may have to wait anywhere from 2 weeks to 7 months 🙁 otherwise, I have no other way to purchase OM products with even their international online store also being out of stock. unfortunately, it's now a waiting game with no other timeframes to go on.To summarize everything Outback Motortek make great products they really do it's worth the money and I won't put any other protection on my bike. If you haven't yet just go watch some of the tests, they post on YouTube that alone will be enough to convince you they work.
