Honda CB500X Pannier Racks by Outback Motortek.

The Outback Motortek X-Frames for the Honda CB500X are the most universal and functional side pannier frames yet, allowing simple, secure mounting of hard panniers and soft luggage.

Total width of the asymmetrical pannier racks mounted: 495mm. Compatible with our Rear Rack.

Exhaust heat shield is included! See the list of tested soft panniers below.

Important note: Although we offer an exhaust heat shield for CB500X models, the main purpose of it is to keep bags coming in contact with the muffler. We cannot guarantee that heat coming off of the exhaust gas will be prevented by the heat shield. We suggest that you protect your soft panniers from melting while we’re working on a complete heat protection package.

Designed and manufactured by Outback Motortek. Hoop’s external dimension are 350mm (W) x 250 (H) made of 18mm diameter tubing. Asymmetrical design.

X-Frame

Designed and manufactured by Outback Motortek. The new X-Frames are the most universal and functional side pannier frames yet, allowing simple, secure mounting of hard panniers and soft luggage.

Matte black powder coated mild steel frames with an alloy X-bracket with multiple mounting positions for custom weight distribution, as well as multiple tie-down points. You can even remove the X-Bracket from your frames when running Hard Luggage to reduce the frame weight.

    Very nice set of panniers with great installation info via video.
    I’ve mounted my Lone rinder 31L bags on the pannier racks and its a tight fit but they look great and sit very securely.
    With the bags from Lone rider the X-frames will unfortunally not fit which is a shame.
    Only 4 start though as the bolts seems soft/cheap and one of the snapped when I
    I tried doing the final tightning used the tourge used in the video so I had to go buy some M8x25 to replace all 4 bolts so it looked the same.
