Description
Crash Bars
- Hand MIG welded – It’s all about the strength! We continue to follow our philosophy: toughness and functionality over appearance.
- 22mm steel tube with 2mm wall thickness.
- Less is more – One of our goals was to preserve the low center of gravity of the T7 so we kept it simple and lightweight!
- Tough mounting points – No cutting corners here (either)! We used precise laser cut pieces for perfect fitment using 4mm and 5mm thick metal mounts. These parts absorb the impact from drops and tip overs instead of your bike’s chassis.
- Powder coated – Combined with sandblasting, it’s a killer combination to protect the product’s surface. No frills, and tough just like your T7!
Crash Bars Compatibility
Compatible with 2019-2024 all models*.
Compatible with OEM equipped skid plate.
Compatible with OEM ‘Rally’ optional skid plate, with minor modifications. Video explains it here.
Confirmed to be compatible with SW-Motech, ACD Racing and Camel ADV skid plates.
Note*: The Tenere 700 Extreme mudguard needs to be lowered by 3mm/4mm for our crash bars to fit at the top near the headlight. You will need a couple of washers (not provided) in order to create enough of a gap to fit them.
Skid Plate
- Protects crucial engine components – The oil pan, oil filter, engine case, exhaust headers, side stand sensor, and the rear suspension linkage compose a long list of very expensive parts you do not want to expose to any damage that could potentially end your ride and leave you stranded.
- Uniquely designed vent system – Not only unique, but very-well thought out! No unnecessary holes were designed on this skid plate. As a result your engine is less likely to overheat when mud and other debris from off-roading get stuck between the skid plate and the engine/exhaust header.
- True off-road and adventure shape – We avoid designing skid plates that have a rectangular shape and sharp edges and corners that are guaranteed to restrict your off road rides. This skid plate is specifically designed to tackle obstacles and unconventional trails to help you to explore more!
- 4mm thick laser cut aluminium – Lightweight, yet thick and strong to withstand potential damage!
- Powder coated – Combined with sandblasting, it’s a killer combination to protect the product’s surface. No frills, and tough just like your T7!

To achieve this, we utilised four frame mounting points that spread the impact evenly drops and tip overs. Yamaha Tenere 700 Pannier Racks
Compatible with our Rear Rack Combo.
We offer both Standard and X-Frame pannier racks. The X-Frame for the Yamaha Tenere 700 are the most universal and functional side pannier frames yet. The sliding 'X' plate design allows a 1 gallon fuel canister (watch video) or our tool box to be installed on the inner side. The X-shaped plates included with the X-Frame pannier racks are black by default.
Total width of the symmetrical pannier racks: 61cm.
