Upper Crash Bars

- Quality 27mm/1.06″ steel tube with 2mm wall thickness – Strong enough to withstand the impact when your heavy motorcycle falls on its side! Our crash bars will take the beat and catch your bike when it falls.
- Easy mounting – Mounting the upper crash bars to the lower crash bars is as easy as it gets!
- Sandblasted – A vital part of our manufacturing process is ensuring the best possible adhesion of coatings. Sandblasted surfaces will withstand most surface scratches and give you a longer-lasting product.
- Powder coated – Combined with sandblasting, it’s a killer combination to protect the product’s surface. No frills, and tough just like your BMW F800GS!
Upper Crash Bars Compatibility
Compatible with F800GS – 2008-2018.
Outback Motortek Lower Crash Bars must be installed in order to install the upper crash bars.
Not compatible with F800GSA or F700GS.
Lower Crash Bars

- Less is more – We avoided covering the entire motorcycle with crash bars that look like a cobweb. Considering the F700GS/F800GS’s available mounting points, it made more sense to create one solid and compact crash bar that stays close to the motorcycle to better protect the expensive and fragile parts.
- Tough mounting points – No cutting corners here (either)! Precision laser cut pieces for perfect fitment using 4mm thick metal mounts. These parts absorb the impact from drops and tip overs instead of your bike’s chassis.
- Sandblasted – A vital part of our manufacturing process is ensuring the best possible adhesion of coatings. Sandblasted surfaces will withstand most surface scratches and give you a longer-lasting product.
- Powder coated – Combined with sandblasting, it’s a killer combination to protect the product’s surface. No frills, and tough just like your F800GS!
Lower Crash Bars Compatibility
Compatible with F650GS (parallel twin)/F700GS/F800GS all models up to 2018.
Not compatible with F800GSA.
Skid Plate
- Protects crucial engine components – The oil pan, engine case, oil filter, and the exhaust headers compose a long list of very expensive parts you do not want to expose to any damage that could potentially end your ride and leave you stranded.
- Uniquely designed vent system – Not only unique, but very-well thought out! No unnecessary holes were designed on this skid plate. As a result your engine is less likely to overheat when mud and other debris from off-roading get stuck between the skid plate and the engine/exhaust header.
- True off-road and adventure shape – We avoid designing skid plates that have a rectangular shape and sharp edges and corners that are guaranteed to restrict your off road rides. This skid plate is specifically designed to tackle obstacles and unconventional trails to help you to explore more!
- 4mm thick laser cut aluminium – Lightweight, yet thick and strong to withstand potential damage!Â

F650GS and F700GS models must have OEM rubber isolator in order to mount our skid plate.

Fantastic quality and fit perfectly, much higher quality than anything else I’ve seen and mine have been used in anger with no damage! If you have doubts just check the youtube clips, strength is incredible!! Added to this Lorry could not have been more helpful, a great experience all round! The best bit is the finish, the rough coating doesn’t mark like normal powder coat.
