Crash Bars
- Protects crucial engine components – The fairing, radiator, engine case, and other surrounding engine components compose a long list of very expensive parts you do not want to expose to any damage that could potentially end your ride and leave you stranded.
- Quality 25mm steel tube with 2mm wall thickness – After drop testing crash bars for the past 4 years, we’ve come to the conclusion that tubing with these specs is superior to anything else!
- Less is more – We’ve utilized the strongest possible mounting points, while keeping the structure compact for overall strength.
- Powder coated – Combined with sandblasting, it’s a killer combination to protect the product’s surface. No frills, and tough just like your Tiger 900!
Crash Bars Compatibility
2020-2024* Triumph Tiger 900 Rally, 900 Rally PRO, 900 GT, 900 GT Low, 900 GT PRO and 850 Sport.
*On the 2024 models, the OEM skid plate needs to be slightly cut on the side.
Skid Plate
- Protects crucial engine components – The oil pan, oil cooler, oil filter, and the exhaust headers compose a long list of very expensive parts you do not want to expose to any damage that could potentially end your ride and leave you stranded.
- Uniquely designed vent system – Not only unique, but very-well thought out! No unnecessary holes were designed on this skid plate. As a result your engine is less likely to overheat when mud and other debris from off-roading get stuck between the skid plate and the engine/exhaust header.
- Shaped to deflect – Inspired by adventure and enduro riding, we shaped this skid plate to deflect trailside objects such as rocks, stumps, logs etc.
- 4mm thick laser cut aluminum – Nothing is ever overkill on an adventure bike, hence we chose to build this skid plate from this ridiculously tough and thick, yet lightweight material.
- Powder coated – Combined with sandblasting, it’s a killer combination to protect the product’s surface. No frills, and tough just like your Tiger 900!

Compatible ONLY with Outback Motortek Crash Bars.
*Not compatible with the original Triumph crash bars.

Pannier Racks for Triumph Tiger 900 and 850 Sport
X-Frame: the Triumph Tiger 900 are the most universal and functional side pannier frames yet, allowing simple, secure mounting of Rotopax, hard panniers and soft luggage.
Standard: The difference between our standard pannier racks and the X-Frames is that the standard frames don't feature RotoPax mounts and tabs welded on all four corners. However, there's the option to purchase Rotopax brackets separately here.
