Crash Bars
- 22mm diameter steel tubing with 2mm wall thickness.
- KTM orange spec powder coat with sandblasted surface preparation.Â
- Fully frame mounted.
- As opposed to the fuel tank, our crash bars are designed to handle continuous impact from drops and tip overs!
- Potential base for fog/aux lights
- Provides the strongest base for our skid plate.
Skid Plate
- 4mm thick aluminium.
- Black powder coat with sandblasted surface preparation.
- Fully frame mounted – Â Our KTM 790/890 Adventure Skid Plate rests solely on our crash bars and the frame
- Two piece design for easy installation.
- Large ventilation cutouts in front of the exhaust headers for improved engine cooling.
- Centre stand compatibility – Our skid plate is 100% compatible with our Centre Stand.*
- Extended protection for the catalytic converter.
- Fully recessed mounting bolts on the underside – In other words, there aren’t any bolts sticking out on the bottom of the skid plate that will get caught on obstacles and get sheered off.

The Adventure Moto/Outback Motortek X-Frames for the KTM 790/890 Adventure R / S are the most universal and functional side pannier frames yet, allowing simple, secure mounting of Rotopax, hard panniers and soft luggage.
Total width of the pannier racks mounted: 60cm
We now offer asymmetrical (narrower profile) pannier racks. Asymmetrical pannier racks width: 54cm
The new X-Frame sliding "X" plate design allows our tool box here to be installed on the inside both with the X-Frame version and standard pannier racks. For standard pannier racks, 1x "X" bracket must be purchased separately in order to install our tool box.

Placing the order until receiving the package couldn’t be any better. As for the protection combo itself, I just love it. I can hit the bottom on those rocks with ease of mind now. Plus, I’ve dropped the bike several times on the trails since and the protection bars did not bend as opposed to other well known brands I’ve tried. One note worth mentioning, the paint is beautiful but it can be tougher.
