The Adventure Moto/Outback Motortek X-Frames for the Honda CRF1000L Africa Twin are the most universal and functional side pannier frames yet, allowing simple, secure mounting of Rotopax, hard panniers and soft luggage.

We also offer standard pannier racks. The difference between our standard pannier racks and the X-Frames is that the standard frames don’t feature RotoPax mounts and tabs welded on all four corners.

Please note: The ‘X-Frame’ corner tabs have recently been updated as shown below. All product images will soon reflect this change.

Designed and manufactured by Outback Motortek. Hoop’s external dimension are 350mm (W) x 250 (H) made of 18mm diameter tubing.

X-Frame

Designed by Adventure Moto Australia and manufactured by Outback Motortek.
The new X-Frames are the most universal and functional side pannier frames yet, allowing simple, secure mounting of Rotopax, hard panniers and soft luggage.

Matte black powder coated mild steel frames with an alloy X-bracket with multiple Rotopax mounting positions for custom weight distribution, as well as multiple tie-down points. You can even remove the X-Bracket from your frames when running Hard Luggage to reduce the frame weight.

  • Kriega OS-32 without OS Platform
  • Giant Loop MotoTrekk and RTW
  • Wolfman
  • Enduristan Monsoon 3

Compatibility:

Compatible with 2016-2019 Standard.

You can mount it on either side of pannier racks as long as they have an X-Bracket, or you can mount it on the rear luggage rack! Built from a strong sheet of aluminium, the X-Bracket is a mounting platform that works with our Standard Pannier racks. It is designed to be used as a mounting base for a variety of accessories, including but not limited to, a 1 gallon Rotopax (or similar) fuel/water canister, our Tool Box, a First Aid kit, and others.* The sliding X-Bracket can be mounted anywhere along the pannier racks and on either side, providing you with flexibility and customisation for whatever your set up may be! *The fuel canister and the other mentioned accessories are not included with the X-Bracket.
