- Less is more – We avoided covering the entire motorcycle with crash bars that look like a cobweb. Considering the Tiger 800’s available mounting points, it made more sense to create one solid and compact crash bar that stays close to the motorcycle to better protect the expensive and fragile parts.
- Powder coated – Combined with sandblasting, it’s a killer combination to protect the product’s surface. No frills, and tough just like your Tiger 800!

The front cross member faces do not mate up properly. Other than that they seem to help to lower the centre of gravity. Bike does not feel as top heavy as before. Very sturdy, look great, good job.
