Lower Crash Bars
- Quality 27mm/1.06″ steel tube with 2mm wall thickness.
- Hand MIG welded – It’s all about the strength! We continue to follow our philosophy: toughness and functionality over appearance.
- Powder coated – Combined with sandblasting, it’s a killer combination to protect the product’s surface. No frills, and tough just like your BMW R1250GS/GSA!
- Tough mounting points – No cutting corners here (either)! We used precise laser cut pieces for perfect fitment using 5mm thick metal mounts. These parts absorb the impact from drops and tip overs instead of your bike’s chassis.
Lower Crash Bars Compatibility
Compatible with 2019-2023 BMW R1250GS.
Compatible with 2019-2024 BMW R1250GSA.
Compatible with GSA model without the OEM upper crash bars.
Compatible with OEM BMW skid plate.
Not compatible with Option 719 Billet cylinder covers.
Not compatible with the “40th Anniversary” BMW R1250GS because of the Option 719 cylinder cover installed by the factory.
Skid Plate
- Protects crucial areas of the engine such as the catalytic converter, exhaust pipe and oil pan.
- 5mm thick laser cut aluminum – Nothing is ever overkill on an adventure bike, hence we chose to build this skid plate from this ridiculously tough and thick, yet lightweight material.
- Tough mounting points – No cutting corners here (either)! We used precise laser cut pieces for perfect fitment using 5mm thick metal mounts. These parts absorb the impact from drops and tip overs instead of your bike’s chassis.
- Sandblasted – A vital part of our manufacturing process is ensuring the best possible adhesion of coatings. Sandblasted surfaces will withstand most surface scratches and give you a longer-lasting product.
- Powder coated – Combined with sandblasting, it’s a killer combination to protect the product’s surface. No frills, and tough just like your BMW R1250GS/GSA!

Compatible with 2019-2023 BMW R1250GS.
Compatible with 2019-2024 BMW R1250GSA.
Outback Motortek Lower Crash Bars must be installed in order to install the skid plate.
Compatible with OEM BMW centre stand.
