But there is a problem that’s been ignored by Kawasaki and has caused a lot of headaches for a KLR 650 owners: subframe bolts.

What happens is that these bolts A) just plain weak right off the bat B) get loose and snap faster than you can imagine. Regardless, it sucks for you. Especially if you’re riding in the boonies. Even worse if you’re alone.
