So, what’s with the headline? Orange colour is just orange. Well, no!
We’ve learned it the hard way. For about a year we’ve produced KTM 1090/1190/1290R specific upper crash bars and the colour was just not the true, popping KTM factory orange.
The remedy? Place a custom order of at least 100kg/220lbs powder coat mixed to match the KTM orange colour. It’s a hard one to swallow as the cost is very high but at the rate our KTM upper crash bars are being sold we had to respond to customer complaints. Simple as that.
